About Me
I offer a grounded, compassionate space to make sense of what hurts — emotionally and physically.
People may come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Others might be navigating anxiety, chronic pain, illness, postpartum struggles, or difficult life transitions. Others are searching for a deeper understanding of themselves — trying to reconnect with their identity, relationships, body, or purpose after life has shifted in unexpected ways.

I hope to offer a calm, attentive space where people feel safe enough to slow down and be honest about what they’re carrying. I don’t shy away from complexity—whether that’s emotional pain, nervous system dysregulation, medical trauma, identity shifts, or the frustration of not feeling understood. At the same time, I believe healing doesn’t come only from analyzing what’s wrong, but from helping people feel more connected to themselves, more resourced in their bodies, and more hopeful about their capacity to heal and grow.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the fast-paced tech industry in Austin, TX and later earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017. My path into this work was shaped not only by professional training but by personal experience. Following graduate school, I experienced severe postpartum depression and the difficult process of reclaiming my sense of self after becoming a mother. Years later, I navigated chronic pain, debilitating neurological symptoms, medical trauma, and a long search for healing from a variety of medical conditions. Those experiences profoundly deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the emotional toll that chronic stress, illness, anxiety, and major life transitions can have on a person’s well-being.
Today, my work draws from an integrative perspective that includes nervous system regulation, somatic and mind-body therapies, IFS (parts work), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), interpersonal neurobiology, and nutrition for mental health. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the many transformative seasons of life and helping clients cultivate greater resilience, self-understanding, and connection to themselves.
When I’m not working, I try to do less and simply be more with the people I love. This usually looks like yoga, hiking, skiing, and spitting sunflower seed shells in the stands at my kids’ baseball games. I genuinely love this work, and it’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing journeys.
